What do you do when you're asked by Bernie Su to come aboard to make 132 finished minutes of high quality traditionally shot scripted content and it needs to launch in just three months? Oh and it's for the largest fashion, beauty and women's lifestyle multichannel network on YouTube: StyleHaul. And it's sponsored by Maybelline. Well. You make it happen. Obviously.
Here we are 3 months after I signed on to produce Vanity (starring Denise Richards, Karrueche Tran and Alex Frnka) with the incredible teams at Canvas Media Studios and StyleHaul. I'm so proud of what we were able to accomplish despite the super fast turn-around and all of the other logistical hurdles that come along with a production of this size and scope. A bunch of make-up palettes, fabric, shoes and a ton of talented people in front of and behind the camera later... the series launches. Now we get to share the first episode of Vanity with you all.
The award-winning comedy OFFICE NINJA starring Jade Carter, Jose Rosete, Francois Chau, Jessica Mills, Robb Padgett and Todd Johnson released on iTunes this week! I had the pleasure of working on this feature film as a 1st Assistant Director and after budding my nose in... an Associate Producer. We had a great cast and a lot of fun making this film so check it out!
‘Office Ninja’ begins with Tomas (CARTER), a disenchanted office worker on the verge of a dream promotion. For Tomas and his coworkers-- goofball Raheem (ROSETE), newbie Jessica (MILLS), king of douchebags Jett (PADGETT), and their incompetent boss Daryl (JOHNSON) -- each day seems to blend into the next. But a dark change is coming. After finding out that the office jerk Jett has stolen his work as well as his coveted promotion, Tomas swears vengeance and follows the ways of the ninja in his quest to regain his honor and find the evidence that will end Jett's reign of office tyranny. But of course, since he's not an "actual" ninja, his plans for swift justice may not go quite as smoothly as he planned.
‘Office Ninja’ features an ensemble cast with Jade Carter (JAG, House), Jose Rosete (Age of Dinosaurs), Francois Chau (Lost), Jessica Mills (Awkward Embraces), Robb Padgett (Vampire Zombie Werewolf) and Todd Johnson (Mortal Kombat: Rebirth).

When Rebecca meets kindred spirit Juliet, a playwright struggling to get her sophomore effort produced, Rebecca’s tenuous and open relationship with her alluring yet distant actress girlfriend becomes clear. Rebecca finds a new focus and decides to leave her corporate life behind to produce Juliet’s new play. And although Juliet is looking to create some distance of her own from an openly gay actor who can’t walk away from her, Juliet’s new partnership with Rebecca is about to put everyone’s drama center stage.
Made in New York, Producing Juliet is the latest original series from award winning writer and director, Tina Cesa Ward, who brought us the critically acclaimed Anyone But Me and Good People in Love. The cast features award winning actress Rachael Hip-Flores alongside a raft of brand new young talent on the web. The production team includes producers Allison Vanore (Anyone But Me, Cost of Capital, SOLO: The Series) and Rochelle Dancel (B.J. Fletcher: Private Eye).

With the help of Garrison the Bouvier and Miss Teal, a 7 week old Bouvier puppy, Pilar displays how to use guillotine nail clippers, a nail grinder and ordinary every day household toenail clippers to shorten the length of a dog's toenails and keep the toenails healthy without causing the dog any harm.
This summer I had the honor of working with talented Writer/Director, Tina Cesa Ward, again. This time on "Producing Juliet."
Realizing her open relationship isn't working, Rebecca finds a new focus in the foreign world of theatre by producing the sophomore effort of lovelorn playwright, Juliet, forming a partnership that will put everyone's drama on stage.
